Rev. Brad Taylor

Pastor Taylor grew up in Watertown, Wisconsin, and attended Trinity Lutheran Church and School. He attended Luther Prep for high school, and then spent a year at UW-Whitewater before transferring to Martin Luther College in New Ulm.  He finished his pastoral training with three years at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Thiensville.

His ministry included vicaring in East Texas at Grace Lutheran in Lake Cypress Springs. Upon graduation from the Seminary, he was assigned to serve at a small church called Mountain View Lutheran in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. After serving in Canada for five years, he accepted a call to serve at Prince of Peace Lutheran in Flower Mound, Texas, where he and his family lived for nine years. He then accepted a call to serve at Christ Lutheran in Pewaukee and was there for 3 years before coming to Zion in 2024.

Pastor and his wife, Molly, have been married for 20 years. They have four children – Aryana, Daniel, Naomi, and Lily. Outside of raising their children, Molly has been an active part of the early childhood ministries in Canada, Texas, and Wisconsin. She is currently wrapping up a one-year call at Christ the Lord-Brookfield where she teaches 3k. Molly also enjoys playing violin, exercising, and being outdoors.
