This morning we will focus the importance of struggle and strain in our lives and what benefit it has for us, and we’ll do that by taking a look at a wrestling match between the Lord and a man named Jacob. Our sermon theme is “Wrestle With the Lord” — based on Genesis 32:22-30.
Today we focus our attention on pursuing spiritual things over than earthly things as we study Luke 16:19-31, the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. The theme is “The Importance of Being Rich Toward God.”
